Do you offer baking classes for beginners?
Yes. Our Saturday and Sunday Hands-On Sourdough Class is designed for first-time bakers. No experience required — we provide starter, tools, and oven time.
Can I order bread for same-day pickup?
Heritage Sourdough Boule and Cardamom Morning Buns are baked fresh each morning. Order by 10am for afternoon pickup, or walk in while daily inventory lasts.
Do you accommodate gluten-free guests?
Our kitchen handles wheat flour throughout the day. We offer a rotating gluten-aware pastry on weekends — ask at the counter or call ahead for the current option.
